$50,000 (base + commission + bonus)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies

Create engaging content across multiple platforms

Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities

Generate new business opportunities through marketing campaigns and outreach

Support sales initiatives and follow up with prospective clients

Represent the agency at community and business events

Track marketing performance and recommend new growth opportunities

Collaborate with an energetic, team-oriented office focused on exceptional customer service

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Experience or interest in marketing, social media, sales, or event coordination

Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

Organized and able to manage multiple projects

Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
