The ideal candidates have exceptional work ethics, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care.We treat our caregivers with love and respect because we strongly believe that they are the heart of our company.Why Always Best Care Chicagoland?Paid TrainingFrom $19 to $20 an hourWeekly PayDirect DepositFlexible Working HoursReferral Bonus – Send your colleagues!!Mileage and time travel between clientsFlexible schedulePaid time offHealth insurance availableThe IRAS Illinois Secure Choice Savings AccountCaregiver Responsibilities:Medication RemindersAssist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.Report any unusual incidents to our Care CoordinatorAct quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyFollow the Care plan.Caregiver Requirements:Previous home care experience of 1+ years.Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.Driver licensePhysical endurance to complete required tasks.High school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to work in the USA.Must be very reliable.Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.Shift Availability:Full-time/Part-time/Live-inWork Location: New Lenox, ILWant to pursue an occupation where you can make a difference in someone’s life?
