Forklift Operator - Day Shift

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and proactive communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Location: Stafford, TX

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Days (06:00-14:30)

What's the Job?

• Accurately pick orders according to pick lists and system instructions

• Pull material from shelves, racks, and bins using stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers

• Perform all system transactions correctly and in a timely manner using SAP

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy

• Stage picked materials in designated areas for packing or shipping

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including order picking

• At least 3 years of experience driving forklifts (stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers required)

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)

• Experience using SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
