OakRidge Montessori Overview OakRidge Montessori in Alpharetta seeks an experienced Montessori leader to guide the continued development of a comprehensive Montessori program serving children from infancy through Lower Elementary. This role presents an opportunity to shape a thoughtfully prepared, authentic Montessori environment while supporting teachers, enhancing classroom practices, and establishing a cohesive Montessori pathway across all levels. About Our School OakRidge Montessori serves children from 6 weeks through elementary in a carefully prepared and spacious environment designed to support movement, independence, and focused work. Our programs include: Pre-Montessori: 6 weeks–18 months Toddler: 18 months–3 years Primary: 2.5–6 years Lower Elementary: 6–9 years The institution is currently in an exciting phase of growth as it continues to expand the Lower Elementary program and strengthen alignment across all classrooms.
