Summary

In the role of Warehouse Associate , you will assume the pivotal responsibility of performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock & assigned job materials, picking and filling orders from stock, and managing, organizing & receiving stock. Prior experience is not a prerequisite, as we provide thorough on-the-job training.

Duties

• Properly loading and unloading shipments
• Maintaining a neat and organized warehouse
• Preparing customer furnish-only orders for pick-up and delivery
• Preparing orders for outgoing installation and maintenance
• Maintaining inventory tracking
• Warehouse stocking
• Communicating with team members to meet our customers’ expectations 
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment 
• Assisting operations staff with various jobs and tasks as needed
• Operating a forklift regularly

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License 
• Must have an acceptable MVR to be added to our auto insurance policy. 
• Must have dependable, reliable transportation to and from your base office location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction, hand tools, and/or electrical. 
• Previous forklift experience or certification
• Mechanical Inclination

Work Conditions

• Partially climate-controlled warehouse setting, with the potential of working in all weather conditions. 
• Frequently walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs.
