The sky is your limitPay Rate Range: $27.57-$34.47 USD per hourJob DescriptionReporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies promptly to guest rooms and housekeeping staff during the evening shift.Respond quickly to ALICE/radio requests and ensure all guest and team needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.Restock housekeeping closets and carts to support room attendants and house attendants.Collect soiled linen and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas.Maintain service hallways, storage rooms, and closets in clean, organized condition.Assist with evening turndown or special guest requests when required.Perform sanitation of all guestroom glassware and china.Maintain the gym, gym lockers, and gym restrooms clean, sanitized, and organized.Report any maintenance issues, guest concerns, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.Uphold all hotel grooming, safety, and service standards.QualificationsPrevious Housekeeping experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the hotel for extended periods during the workday.Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment, linens, supplies, and furniture weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without assistance.Ability to push and pull fully loaded housekeeping carts and linen trolleys.Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch, reach above shoulder level, and twist repeatedly while performing cleaning duties.Ability to perform repetitive motions including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, making beds, and restocking supplies.Ability to climb stairs and navigate guest rooms, service corridors, storage areas, fitness facilities, and other hotel spaces.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in accordance with hotel procedures.Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, storage rooms, and outdoor spaces as needed.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
