Responsibilities

• Drive Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with major North American OEMs, robotics startups, AGV/AMR manufacturers, and automation system integrators.
• Promote Core Portfolios: Lead direct sales efforts for flagship products, including Servo Motors, Integrated Drive-Motor Modules, Low-Voltage Servo Systems , and advanced HMI/PLC integrated solutions.
• Strategic Positioning: Represent our client at premier industry events such as Automate and MODEX to elevate brand visibility and capture market share.
• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key direct accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maximizing lifecycle value.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of proven direct sales or business development experience within the US industrial automation, robotics, or motion control sectors.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of servo motors, low-voltage drives, and HMI/PLC hardware architectures.
• Market Knowledge: Deep connections with US robotics OEMs, AGV/AMR manufacturers, warehouse automation providers, or automation system integrators.
• Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a remote, cross-cultural, and goal-oriented environment.
