HIRING - Mechatronics & Robotics Technicians

This role supports the Operations Maintenance team by keeping material handling, pneumatic, and automated packaging systems running safely and efficiently. You'll work hands-on with robotics and automation equipment to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and maintain smooth facility operations.

Job Description:

• Material handling repairs — Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on conveyors and related mechanical systems.
• Automation system support — Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution machinery.
• Daily maintenance tasks — Assist with mechanical, pneumatic, and automation work across the facility.
• Equipment inspections — Identify issues early and complete corrective maintenance to prevent failures.
• Robotics adjustments — Perform part replacements, mechanical adjustments, and basic repairs on robotics components.
• Maintenance documentation — Record work clearly to support reliability tracking and continuous improvement.
• Cross-team collaboration — Prioritize work orders and help minimize downtime.
• Safety compliance — Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Mechanical or robotics experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred — experience with mechanical equipment in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Material handling equipment expertise preferred — Skilled in repairing conveyors and related systems.
• Automation maintenance — Experience with automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Tool proficiency — Safe use of hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
• Root-cause troubleshooting — Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Procedure compliance — Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
