Job Summary:
The position is for a Telemetry Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse (RN) located in Rock Island, Illinois. The healthcare organization is seeking qualified candidates to join the interdisciplinary team to provide clinical care within the Medical Surgical and Stepdown units. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Position: Telemetry Medical Surgical Float RN
• Location: Rock Island, Illinois
• Shift Hours: 12 hours shifts, days, with minimum of 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Every other weekend shift
• Required Qualifications:
  • State license in Illinois
  • BLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
  • 1 year of experience in a medical surgical or stepdown unit
  • Epic electronic health record system experience
  • Valid drivers license
  • Ability to work in a floating capacity within the Medical Surgical and Stepdown units
• Submission Requirements:
  • First-time traveler acceptance
  • Work history/resume
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • License verification
  • Copy of certifications
  • One supervisory reference at time of submission
  • Taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (local candidates from Madison with a 10% rate reduction are accepted)
• Additional Information:
  • Orientation scheduled to begin on 06/29/2026
