Lease Administrator

Job Description

The Lease Administrator supports Ameresco's Real Estate team by managing lease administration, property records, land agreements, lease payments, and real estate documentation. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, coordinating legal documentation, and ensuring contractual obligations are met across the real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Administer leases, property agreements, land records, and lease payments

Prepare, review, and process legal documents and execution packets

Maintain property records, land registry filings, and electronic files

Track lease and property data in Excel, Archibus, and Quorum

Process check requests and lease payments

Coordinate setup of new projects within real estate systems

Support Facilities, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury teams

Perform general administrative support for the Real Estate department

Compensation: $18/hr to $20.50/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Skills and Requirements

• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent relevant work experience

• 1+ year of related experience

• Previous complaint investigation experience

• Technical writing experience

• Experience conducting investigations and documenting findings

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and R&D teams • Experience with complaint management systems or quality databases (GCMS or similar)

• Experience supporting product traceability processes

• Familiarity with manufacturing, medical device, or other regulated environments

• Experience maintaining laboratory equipment, calibration records, and inventory

• Knowledge of quality systems and complaint handling processes

Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process enhancements
