Position Description: General Manager – Pest Control OperationsCommercial Services 360 | Southeast MichiganCommercial Services 360 is a rapidly growing Southeast Michigan service organization launched in 2024. In a short period of time, we have built a strong presence in the market and today service more than 500 customer locations across our divisions.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Pest Authority pest control division, currently generating approximately $1 million in annual revenue.This is an opportunity for someone who knows the pest control industry, enjoys running day-to-day operations, and wants to play an important role in growing a business. We aren't looking for someone to simply maintain what's already in place. We want a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, create an exceptional customer experience, improve processes and help us take the business to the next level.What You'll DoAs General Manager, you'll have responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the pest control operation and work closely with ownership to drive continued growth.You will:· Lead daily pest control operations, including scheduling, routing, staffing and service delivery· Manage, coach and develop field technicians and other team members· Ensure customers receive responsive, professional and high-quality service· Handle escalated customer issues and build a culture centered around customer satisfaction and retention· Monitor operational performance, technician productivity, service quality and other key business metrics· Develop and improve processes to create greater efficiency and consistency as the company grows· Use Excel and company systems to analyze performance, track results and support business decisions· Assist with budgeting, forecasting and understanding the financial performance of the division· Ensure appropriate pest control procedures, safety standards and regulatory requirements are followed· Participate in recruiting, onboarding and training new team members as the operation expands· Develop relationships with existing commercial customers and identify opportunities to expand services· Participate in business development and new customer opportunities alongside ownership· Work closely with the owner on growth strategy, staffing needs and operational prioritiesWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who combines pest control knowledge with strong business and people leadership skills.The right person will bring:· Previous experience in the pest control industry· Experience leading operations, technicians or a service-based team· Strong customer service instincts and the ability to build lasting customer relationships· The ability to hold people accountable while creating a positive, team-oriented environment· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills· Comfort working with numbers, operational metrics and financial information· Strong Excel skills and overall computer/technology proficiency· The ability to learn and effectively utilize scheduling, CRM and other business systems· An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a growing organization where everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves· Strong written and verbal communication skills· A willingness to participate in business development without needing sales to be the primary focus of the positionWhy Join Us?This is not a role where you'll simply inherit a mature operation and follow an established corporate playbook.You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a growing business, work directly with the founder, influence how the operation is built, and grow your responsibilities as the company expands.Benefit package and bonus opportunities are available.We're looking for a capable, driven leader with the right industry foundation, customer mindset and desire to grow with us — and we're willing to invest in helping that person succeed. $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually
