This includes, and not limited to, greeting guests, taking orders and customizing every guest's meal.Customizes and completes every order which includes:collecting payment and making change as needed,preparing and assembling order, including filling drinks, preparing & bagging fries/sides, and gathering food items and,ensuring orders are complete and accurate before delivering orders to guests in a timely manner.Interacts with guests to ensure all needs/expectations are exceeded including communicating vendor stories and suggesting new products.Interacts with all members of the team to ensure guest needs and expectations are met.Maintains the dining area in a clean and neat manner including clearing and wiping tables, sweeping, spot mopping, cleaning window/door glass and emptying trash receptacles.Maintains work areas in a neat, clean and sanitized manner.Maintains restroom cleanliness and replenish all items to ensure guests are taken care This includes cleaning all areas of the parking lot and patio, restrooms and preparing the restrooms for the next day before closing.Maintains in-use stock including straws, napkins, cups, lids, ice, condiments, etc., at adequate levels.Maintains all food safety and sanitation standards.Puts away stock and rotates products as needed.
