Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Falmouth, MA. This role requires the ability to perform phlebotomy and IV tasks while working within a dynamic and collaborative critical care setting. The candidate must be able to float between FHA and CCH facilities as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Demonstrate leadership and cooperation with the care team
• Adhere to entity and department practice requirements
• Utilize a customer service approach in all interactions
• Administer medications safely
• Provide effective patient and family teaching
• Deliver care in accordance with best practice standards
• Identify and report signs of neglect/abuse
• Provide care for terminally ill patients
• Manage patient pain effectively
• Use chemical and physical restraints as per policy
• Apply effective time management techniques
• Provide care respectful of patients' advance directives
• Manage patients with chest drainage devices and IV Therapy
• Use Electronic Medical Records appropriately
• Manage patients on telemetry monitoring
• Respond appropriately to emergency and urgent situations
• Care for post-operative and orthopedic patients

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Maintain BLS certification
• Successful completion of Medical/Surgical IV Medication Module
• Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia exam
• 2+ years Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Travel experience required
