Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Increased Pay Rates | $3.50/Hour Evening & Night Shift Differential

Orchard Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. Available Positions

• Full-Time & Part-Time

• Rehab Unit: Full-Time Opening

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Baylor Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 AM

LPN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately

• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate healthcare provider

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

• Follow all infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines to ensure quality resident care

Qualifications

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
