Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Set appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless transaction process. Nurture relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems to maintain client engagement. Manage and update client information in the CRM for accurate and efficient record-keeping. Track activity and progress toward team goals to ensure alignment with our collective objectives. Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Qualifications Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build and maintain client relationships. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, showcasing your drive and determination. Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn, ensuring accurate and efficient client record-keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
