Description
PreK Science Summer Clerk
Pre K Summer Clerk Duties
- Purchased materials are ordered and shipped to the warehouse.
- Materials are unpacked and checked in against the order forms.
- Materials are then sorted, counted and repackaged into individualized bags/totes for each of our current year Pre-K teachers, approximately 45. The completed totes are labeled and then stored until they are ready to go out in late July.
- Inventory of Secondary supplies as time allows. Due by June 30th to Accounting.
- Assist w/ elementary and secondary science kit builds as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds with the help of equipment.
APPLICANT MUST COMPLETE STATE REQUIRED OSBI BACKGROUND CHECK. APPLICANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE $58.25 FEE. OSBI BACKGROUND RECEIPT MUST BE TURNED IN TO PERSONNEL OFFICE ON DAY OF PROCESSING APPOINTMENT.
