Home Health Caregiver (Full Time)Location: 77354Astrocare Home Healthcare specializes in long term care for the disabled and elderly. Our goal is to help consumers or clients obtain the greatest independence possible within the community. We do this by working with each consumer to understand their unique needs, sharing our knowledge of the services available and respectfully providing all possible services.As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being through personalized care and assistance with daily activities.Key Responsibilities:Provide professional assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneMaintain client safety through regular wellness checks and environmental monitoringPrepare nutritious meals and ensure proper hydrationAssist with medication reminders and compliancePerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living environmentChange dressings and assist with basic medical care as directedEngage clients in social and recreational activities to support mental well-beingDocument and report changes in client condition to healthcare teamAdapt care approaches to various living conditions and client needsPreferred Qualifications:Preferred 1 year of caregiving experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to assist clients with mobilityDependable with excellent time management skillsEmployment Details:Position Type: Full-time position availableCompensation: Starting at $13.00 per hourHours: Flexible schedules, 40 hours per weekShifts: 4, 6, or 8 hour shifts availableReliable TransportationSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pmBenefits:Health insuranceFlexible schedulingSupportive team environmentWork Location:In-person care provided in clients' home Astrocare Home Healthcare
