YAI Seeing Beyond Disability
YAI - Seeing beyond disability is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our NIPD-NJ affiliate in Bergen County, New Jersey. DSPs provide direct care, counseling, ADL training, and various supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, across homes, centers, and community settings.
The role emphasizes safety, relationship-building, and participation in treatment plans while meeting mandatory training and OPWDD Core Competencies.
