It involves working at heights, handling various tools and equipment, and ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and customer specifications. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.*** Entry level -- no experience necessary*** ** Must have an active driver's license and be good with hand tools** Core ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the installation of solar panel systems, including mounting panels and racking, and wiringUsing hand and power tools to install rackingServicing the solar system as neededPerforming jobs from high places (i.e. on roofs) including climbing ladders with proper equipment and materialsAdhering to all quality and safety codesRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
