About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its technology strategy and digital transformation. This executive leadership role is pivotal, as the CIO will not only inherit a robust, cloud-first technology environment but also be tasked with leveraging technology, data, automation, AI, and cybersecurity to enhance the organization's operations, decision-making, and growth. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, serving as both a technology leader and business strategist, and will be expected to build strong relationships, create a high-performing technology team, and ensure that technology is a trusted, proactive partner to the business. The ideal CIO for the company will have over 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in information technology, with a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise technology strategies. They should possess a strong understanding of modern cloud and SaaS environments, as well as comprehensive expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and business continuity is essential, and exposure to AI strategy and implementation is highly preferred. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to evaluate technology through the lens of organizational value and ROI. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also a necessary qualification.
