About the Role Happy to Help Caregiving is hiring dependable overnight caregivers to support clients in Willoughby, Ohio. This post is specifically for caregivers who are available during overnight hours. Exact shift times and client assignments vary and will be confirmed by the office before placement. You will provide respectful, non-medical support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes throughout the night. Overnight caregivers must be dependable, attentive, and prepared to respond calmly when a client needs assistance. What You'll Do Provide overnight companionship, supervision, and safety support Assist with personal care, toileting, dressing, grooming, and hygiene as directed by the care plan Support safe mobility, repositioning, and transfers Prepare light meals or snacks when needed Provide medication reminders only as authorized in the care plan Complete light housekeeping related to the client's immediate needs Document shift activity accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to the office Respect each client's privacy, routines, preferences, and independence Qualifications Overnight availability is required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Dependable attendance and punctuality Calm, respectful, and professional communication Comfort assisting with personal care and mobility support Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required Location: Willoughby, Ohio Schedule: Overnight shifts; exact hours vary by client assignment Type: Part-time, in-home, non-medical caregiving Why Work With Us?
