Full-Time Physical Therapist

Full-time Physical Therapist position in the southern Sacramento region. Provide evidence-based PT services to orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and general rehabilitation patients. Contribute to a collaborative rehabilitation team and support patients in regaining mobility and improving quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, and general rehabilitation patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS Certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Acute care, outpatient, or inpatient rehabilitation experience
