About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified Ultrasound in Oxford, North Carolina, 27565!

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This assignment is located in Oxford, NC at a hospital setting. Applicants should be prepared to follow facility protocols and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
• Two years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in a hospital imaging or radiology department preferred.
• Ability to perform general ultrasound examinations. Cardiology or vascular ultrasound experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hospital electronic medical records and PACS systems.
• Prior work in a high-volume or acute care environment preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 09:30 - 18:00.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Location: Oxford, NC hospital setting. Candidates may be expected to float to other nearby facilities as required.
