About the Company:
This Community Health Center is a non-profit organization serving patients primary and behavioral health needs regardless of insurance or ability to pay. Through innovation and evidence-based practices this group delivers high quality, patient centered care. 26 clinic locations in the Austin and Central Texas area. As a whole, this group provides more than 355,000 visits to close to 100,000 patients annually.
Benefits:
Family Medicine physician $205k-$210k base for new graduates + up to 25% bonus ($260k total comp) and $235k base for experienced candidates with up to 25% bonus ($290,000 total comp). Comprehensive benefits - medical, dental, vision. Excellent PTO and CME. Loan Reimbursement. Sign on & Relocation are negotiable. CME time off and reimbursement allowance.
About the role:
Family Medicine physician Full-time, permanent position Monday-Friday 8a-5p. Outpatient only. Average 20 patients per day. Examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages. Limited call 3-4x per year. Average 2-3 call per weekly shift.
Background:
Family Medicine physician MD / DO BC/BE in Family Medicine. IF BE, must be able to attain BC within 3 years of hire TX Medical License or in process. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.
