Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist - Redwood Dental of Commerce ($3,000 Signing Bonus) Key Responsibilities Conduct dental hygiene assessments and examinations Perform dental cleanings and scaling procedures Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants Take dental x-rays and assist dentists during procedures Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Requirements Current Michigan RDH license Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience What we are looking for A hygienist confident in their skills and abilities Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain periodontal disease and oral health to patients Someone who can maximize appointment time while delivering thorough, high-quality care Comfortable educating patients and presenting findings to the doctor A professional who can help build a productive hygiene schedule while ensuring patients receive the care they need Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1 hour lunch) Every Other Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Incentives & Benefits $3,000 Signing Bonus Tuition Reimbursements – Up to $10,000 Holiday Pay CE (Continuing Education) Reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Compensation $50 per hour If you're passionate about working with people and have previous hygiene experience, please consider joining our team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
