Tax Accountant - 5+ Years Experience - Business Management

Our client is a well-established business management firm in Beverly Hills seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its team. The firm provides specialized tax and financial services to clients in the entertainment industry, including performers and executives, as well as other high-net-worth individuals. Job Responsibilities: Areas of focus will be accounting, income and estate tax planning, tax prep, insurance, and real estate transactions Lots of client interaction Work closely with the Partners Perform all tasks related to client service, specifically: cash management, including cash flow projections and budgeting, tax and pension planning to ensure tax efficiency, investment analysis, insurance, purchases, and contract review Liaise with Tax and Audit departments regarding important developments affecting clients Analyze problems and recommend solutions Review work papers and reports prepared by staff Prepare engagement letters for approval by Partner Ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with standards Qualifications: Strong experience in accounting, tax preparation, and income and estate tax planning. Knowledge of cash management, budgeting, investments, insurance, and real estate transactions. Experience reviewing financial statements, workpapers, and staff-prepared reports. Excellent client-service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work closely with partners and collaborate with tax and audit teams.
