Your work will ensure guests are our primary focus and leave 100% satisfied with our Norm Reeves Honda experience. What You’ll Do: Assist Finance Managers and the business office in ensuring prompt processing of all deals Ensuring the correct flow of documents from the Finance department to the business office Check and review all incoming deals from Finance for accuracy and document completion Process prior day deals and report development to management Package documents for DMV and finance institutions Process all vehicle sales documentation – contracts, incentives, etc. Fax, email, and mail documents as needed for funding and record retention Performs general office duties such as reports, keeping filing up-to-date, scanning, photocopying and faxing vehicle documents as needed Answer customers questions regarding the sales transaction Achieve or exceed group standards such as sales production, gross profit and applicable benchmarks which result in profitability and customer service satisfaction Effectively communicate with Sales Managers and Sales Personnel to strengthen processes Any additional responsibilities requested by the Finance Director What You’ll Need: A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
