Omnichannel Growth & Digital Experience: Drive full‑funnel growth across a diverse mix of digital and traditional channels, optimizing acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Partner across the organization to continuously enhance digital experiences and scale performance through modern marketing capabilities. Lifecycle Marketing & Personalization: Own and build lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver personalized, relevant experiences across every stage of the member journey by leveraging data, automation, and AI. Drive increased engagement, retention, and long‑term member value through more sophisticated segmentation and orchestration. AI, Analytics & MarTech Enablement: Lead the advancement of data, analytics, and marketing technology capabilities, embedding AI and data‑driven experimentation into how marketing decisions are made.
