Work Environment\nThis position offers a remote work setting that combines the flexibility of telehealth with the supportive environment of an outpatient office. Your work schedule will primarily be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Design, implement, and monitor integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to diverse patient circumstances. \n
- Collaborate actively with medical providers to ensure coordinated care, facilitating effective treatment outcomes for patients. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies. \n

- Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in integrated care. \n
This role focuses on a diverse patient population that includes individuals grappling with chronic mental health issues compounded by medical challenges, such as autoimmune disorders and chronic pain. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Must hold a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada. \n
- Demonstrated capability in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions. \n
- Experience in delivering integrated care and successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, allowing for effective patient engagement and relationship building. \n
- Adherence to professional ethics, maintaining boundaries and confidentiality consistently. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications for documentation and patient management. \n
- Ability to thrive as part of an interdisciplinary team, promoting synergy in patient care. \n

- At least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field. \n
- Prior experience working within an integrated healthcare setting. \n
