General Manager

Location:We are a private equity backed home services company conducting a nationwide search to hire a General Manager in our Portland, OR location. Handle customer escalations and implement solutions to improve customer satisfactionExperience: 5+ years of management experience in a service-based industry, preferably in home services, construction, or similar fieldsEducation: Master of Business Administration in strongly preferred.Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial managementFinancial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to grow top line revenue and profitability (EBITDA) at a branch level is non-negotiable for this roleSales Experience: A competency in ethically selling products/services and developing a sales team is required.
