What You'll Do

• Deliver direct patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Monitor patients' recovery post-procedure, ensuring safety and stability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient treatments and care plans.
• Assist with procedural sedation and anesthesia recovery processes.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
• Follow all safety protocols, including drug screening and patient care standards.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during recovery.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid New York RN license
  • EPIC electronic health record experience
  • Procedural sedation experience
• Preferred:
  • Experience with AM admissions/blocks and recovery
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification
