Hospitalist Position
Hospitalist position with one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest. This organization is in the 99th percentile as a place to work and 100th percentile for physician satisfaction. Recognized nationally for delivering exceptional quality of care and patient outcomes. Dedicated Care Team to assist with care gaps, patient outreach, care management, post-ER and admission monitoring, post-discharge follow-up care, and RX support.
Practice details include:
- Closed ICU, no procedures with 7 on / 7 off schedule
- $50,000 sign on bonus
- Join an expanding Hospitalist team currently 2 Hospitalists (growing to 4), 2 daytime APPs, and 4 nocturnal APPs
- Internal Medicine division currently comprised of 20+ Internists and 4 Clinic-Based APPs
- Located in Downtown Des Moines
- Dedicated Nocturnal APPs take first call from 4:30pm-6am, 7 days a week
- Opportunity for students/residents to rotate
- Excellent payor mix
