WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between customers and our service team, guiding customers through the repair process while identifying service opportunities and delivering a premium ownership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in through delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
• Write accurate and detailed repair orders
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and document customer concerns
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines
• Present repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor vehicle progress
• Manage a high volume of repair orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Address customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction results
• Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and performance goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a proven Service Advisor who is comfortable in a high-volume dealership environment and motivated by performance-based earning potential.

Required qualifications:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
• Proven success working in a high-volume service department
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Saturday availability required

COMPENSATION

FULL COMMISSION + CSI BONUS

• $80,000-$120,000+ annual earning potential
