Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to develop new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships within the jewelry retail industry. This is not an order-taking position. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, making outbound sales calls, overcoming objections, and consistently generating new business. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, presenting product opportunities, negotiating terms, maintaining CRM activity, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact through follow-up and ongoing account development. The role also involves working closely with inventory, operations, and logistics teams, participating in industry events and trade shows, and traveling to meet with current and prospective clients to strengthen relationships and support business growth. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 25–35% of the time, including occasional overnight travel as needed.
