Wound Care RN – Wound Care

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Wound Care
Required: AHA BLS certification
CWOCN certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess and manage patients with wound, ostomy, and continence needs.
Collaborate with consulting teams to develop specialized care plans.
Educate patients and families on wound care and management strategies.
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment efficacy.
Utilize electronic medical records for patient care documentation.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to wound care.
