Job Title Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry Location Dothan, AL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:30) | Block Scheduling Available Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit serving an adult to geriatric patient population Manage patient assignments with ratios of up to 1:6–7 Administer and monitor IV drips including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone Complete pre-start modules prior to assignment begin date (non-billable time) Required Qualifications Active Alabama RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submittal ACLS certification required BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience Experience working in large healthcare facilities required Must live at least 90 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel nursing experience preferred; highly experienced first-time travelers may be considered on a case-by-case basis Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and cardiac drip management Why Join Us Block scheduling available to support work-life balance and travel planning First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this contract opportunity About Concentric Healthcare Staffing Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
