Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Licensed physical therapist
• Michigan license required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Scheduled hours: 36-40 hours per week
• Coverage area includes Houghton, Keweenaw, and partial Baraga County
• Mileage reimbursed between patient visits, from first patient to last patient
• Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
• Dress code: navy blue
