Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to collect blood samples from patients for laboratory testing. The ideal candidate should ensure patient comfort, maintain hygiene standards, and handle samples accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Draw blood from patients using proper techniques (venipuncture, finger prick, etc.)
Label and store samples correctly for testing
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment
Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure comfort
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Maintain accurate records of collected samples
Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely testing
