Hourly Rate Range: $42.55 to $57.45

Our Behavioral Health team works in a 150-bed inpatient facility designed to foster healing, safety, and innovation. You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative culture that values teamwork, professional growth, and compassionate care. We serve a diverse patient population across child, adult, geriatric, and forensic behavioral health, offering meaningful opportunities to expand your skills while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Accurately assess patient care needs and support clinical decision-making across units
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and patient coverage throughout the hospital
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff
• Respond to patient care needs and assist with admissions or intake when needed
• Support staff development, coaching, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including TJC, CMS, and state regulations
• Perform direct patient care duties as needed
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and efficient hospital environment

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Active Massachusetts RN License Required (single state or compact). If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.

• Education: Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR/BCLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
• CPI or Handle With Care certification preferred
• Behavioral Health or Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills
• Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered and trauma-informed care
