Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team here at The C.R.A.P. Store! Part-time options also available. You will be responsible for assisting with customer purchases in a retail setting, and providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Reliable and punctual
Friendly and positive attitude – eager to engage with customers
Trustworthy and self-motivated
Open to constructive criticism and desire to improve

Essential Duties of the Retail Sales Associate:

Open and Close Store
Maintain store organization and cleanliness
Process customer returns
Assist with testing, assembling, and pricing items when needed
Monitor bathrooms and changing areas
Assess parking lot conditions – shovel and salt near main entrances
Assist customers in carrying heavier / bulkier items
