We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team here at The C.R.A.P. Store! Part-time options also available. You will be responsible for assisting with customer purchases in a retail setting, and providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications of the Retail Sales Associate:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and positive attitude – eager to engage with customers
- Trustworthy and self-motivated
- Open to constructive criticism and desire to improve
Essential Duties of the Retail Sales Associate:
- Open and Close Store
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Process customer returns
- Assist with testing, assembling, and pricing items when needed
- Monitor bathrooms and changing areas
- Assess parking lot conditions – shovel and salt near main entrances
- Assist customers in carrying heavier / bulkier items
