Job Info Employment Type: Full‑Time Location: 7034 Corporate Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46278 Hours: Mon‑Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs Salary: $24‑27/hr with potential bonus opportunities Please be advised of the following This position requires a valid driver's license; Company Vehicle is provided Responsibilities Complete accurate measurements and verify contract details for windows, doors, siding, and roofing projects. Install, repair, or replace products as needed during service and installation appointments. Perform installation inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with company standards. Purchase necessary materials and products efficiently to support service and installation work. Resolve customer issues professionally and provide exceptional customer delight. Collect customer payments when necessary, during service or installation appointments. Review open contract reports daily to ensure projects are progressing through the system and address any operational issues. Assist with scheduling installation appointments and coordinating with customers as needed. Mentor and support additional technicians within the market. Support process improvements by maintaining strong accuracy, quality, and service standards. Job Qualifications Preferred, not required: 2+ years working with home construction projects Extremely accurate and detail‑oriented High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. when it is required for a service Must be comfortable performing work on ladders Ability to work evenings and Saturdays to meet the demands of our customers What Can Feldco Offer You?
