We are looking for candidates with at least two (2) years of law firm experience in the areas of trademark and copyright litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience counseling clients on the development, protection, commercialization, and enforcement of intellectual property rights and will thrive in a team environment within a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Strong writing skills, a client-first mindset, and a collaborative approach are essential.
