Qualifications Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. Strong knowledge of Yamaha outboards (required). Working knowledge of outboard service, rigging, and parts. Description Position Overview: We are seeking an organized, bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong Yamaha product knowledge and the ability to manage both customer relationships and inventory planning. This role requires close coordination with Yamaha, our internal sales and service teams, and active participation in boat shows and events. Key Responsibilities : Sell Yamaha outboard engines and related products to retail and wholesale customers. Provide expert guidance on motor selection, rigging, and applications. Maintain strong working relationships with Yamaha factory representatives. Manage annual motor ordering and maintain proper stock inventory levels for the dealership. Work closely with the service department to ensure seamless customer experience and technical accuracy. Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and product expertise. Stay current on Yamaha products, updates, and industry trends. Participate in and support dealership presence at boat shows, events, and promotions. Maintain an organized workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Utilize computer systems for inventory, ordering, and customer management.
