Housekeeping Inspector For Residence Inn LandfallThe Housekeeping Inspector for Residence Inn Landfall is responsible for ensuring property guestrooms/suites, all public space, and associate areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds housekeeping staff accountable for corrective action and to Corporate and Brand policies, procedures, and standards. Position assists in ensuring guest and Associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.Prerequisites/Qualifications:Experience in housekeeping or related professional areaCommand of English including speaking, reading, writingFamiliar with inventory controls and orderingEffective communication skillsHigh energy and professional demeanorBasic computer skillsRequirements:This position requires weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).Ensures guest room status is communicated to Front Desk in a timely and efficient mannerInspects guest rooms, public areas, and staff areas on a daily basisInventories stock to ensure adequate suppliesSupports and supervises an effective inspection programEnsures all Associates have proper supplies, equipment, safety equipment, and uniformsCommunicates quickly and efficiently to management and maintenance areas that need attention and maintenanceEnsures hotel is prepared to successfully complete a Quality Assurance auditRecognizes Associates and uses an "open door policy" for good work and guest relations
