Compensation & Benefits Package $23 – $26 Per Hour Depending on Experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Voluntary Life/AD&D Policy Voluntary Short Term Disability Accidental Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Paid Time Off: 4 Weeks Per Year (After 90 Days of Employment) 6 Paid Holidays 401K With 3.5% Match (After 90 Days of Employment) Full Support Team Job Responsibilities Monday – Friday 8:30AM–5PM Coordinates and Schedules Patient Visits with Nurses and Clinical Staff Maintains and Updates Clinician Schedules to Ensure Efficient Coverage Communicates with Patients, Families, and Clinical Staff Regarding Scheduling Needs Assists with Managing Visit Frequency Based on Physician Orders and Plan of Care Ensures All Visits Are Scheduled in Compliance with Company Policies and Regulatory Requirements Works Closely with Clinical Leadership to Optimize Scheduling Efficiency Assists with General Administrative and Office Support Duties Job Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Minimum 1 Year of Scheduling Experience Required Home Health Scheduling Experience Preferred Experience Working in a Healthcare Setting Preferred Strong Organizational, Communication, and Multitasking Skills Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment Proficiency with EMR Systems and Microsoft Office Preferred Compensation $54,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrity Placement Group
