What You'll Do:

• Apply fiberglass, resin, gel coat, and composite materials to boat molds and components

• Prepare molds and materials for the lamination process

• Roll, smooth, and finish fiberglass surfaces to ensure quality standards are met

• Inspect completed work for defects and perform repairs as needed

• Read and follow production specifications and work instructions

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous fiberglass, composite, boatbuilding, manufacturing, or laminating experience preferred

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
