You will help create sustainable process improvements that increase visibility, improve performance, and strengthen Lutron's end-to-end delivery capabilities. Responsibilities Lead and manage a continuous improvement team focused on enhancing customer delivery and supply chain performance. Influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive complex improvement initiatives from concept through implementation. Partner with leadership to establish improvement goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources to the highest-impact opportunities. Develop and manage a structured process to identify, triage, and implement improvement opportunities across the end-to-end value chain. Lead cross-functional improvement projects in collaboration with Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and business teams. Conduct thorough, analytical assessments of the value chain to identify risks, recurring issues, and root causes impacting customer delivery. Apply structured problem-solving and critical-thinking approaches to deliver sustainable, data-driven solutions. Lead large-scale initiatives that improve supply chain resilience, flexibility, and overall customer delivery performance. Manage project timelines, ensure realization of benefits, and maintain forward visibility into the improvement project pipeline. Develop clear, effective communications and lead change management efforts to align stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems. Mentor and coach team members in project execution and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and or related field. 10+ years of industry experience in a global manufacturing environment. Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in supply chain / process improvement roles.
