Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan

• Conduct physical examinations, health screenings, and preventive-care visits

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

• Develop evidence-based treatment and follow-up plans

• Prescribe medications and order laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostic studies

• Review results and communicate findings and recommendations to patients

• Educate patients and families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment

• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation within the electronic medical record

• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with physicians, specialists, and support staff

• Deliver culturally responsive care to patients and families from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner certification

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain one

• Korean-language proficiency is strongly preferred, particularly spoken fluency

• Outpatient primary care or family medicine experience preferred

• New graduates with strong clinical training may be considered

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-education skills

• Commitment to continuity-based, patient-centered care

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based outpatient environment

Compensation

• Annual salary range: $150,000–$208,000

• Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, language proficiency, and overall fit
