Entry Level Business Analyst

Salary: $70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
* Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with numbers and process flows
* Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Exposure to SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn Responsibilities: * Gather, document, and analyze project requirements from business partners
* Review workflows and business data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop process maps, user stories, standard operating procedures, and reports
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business needs
* Coordinate between business units and technical teams Technologies: * Excel
