Licensed Nurse Practitioner

To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care for obesity management while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a remote telehealth setting, committing to 24 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Consistently provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience Review patient intake and prescribe appropriate weight loss therapy based on clinical protocols Manage daily tasks, oversee patient progress, and coordinate care with coaches during scheduled check-ins Required Qualifications Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties) Active, unrestricted license in IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, PA, SD, WV, WI, WY Experience conducting telehealth visits Prior experience with metabolic health strongly preferred
